Add an internal flag so that if the user manually toggles Omen's visibility, it stays shown/hidden until he next zones, join/leave a party/raid, or change any Auto Show/Hide settings.

Force optdeped libraries to load in the main chunk. This is because WoW no longer loads LoD addons even when optdeped, and only LoadAddOn() will.
Reshuffle bar options in the savedvariables.
Remove embeds.xml and move its contents directly into the TOC.
