Tercio 07ed01c097 - new API: Details:GetEncounterInfoFromEncounterName (ID, encountername), returns encounter info. 
- Tweaks for Legion Dungeon.
- Framework update to v35.
- Solved an issue with bookmarks where the background sometimes was a light silver.
- Sovelod an issue with the display menu where sometimes it wasn't changeing the display.
- new tooltip design.
