General Fixes

- Added Phial of Serenity from Kyrians to Potion Usage.
- Merged all warriors whirlwind.
- Cleanup on old cooldowns.
- Added Rake and Binding Shot to Crowd Control.
- Fixed some cases of DeathLog not showing healing.
