coa.4: rebrand title to Exiles fork + frame hardening changelog

Title drops Telkar-RG's personal 1.04a; now 'Altoholic (Exiles)'.
Author keeps Thaoky/Telkar-RG credit. Bundles the frame partial-record
guards from the previous commit.
